Smoothies are my first love. And that’s how I usually bump my morning. So what did I make myself this morning? I thought of the one burst with spinach but cannot compromise with the yumminess, hence added juicy mangoes in it. So here are the quick steps for the healthy green smoothie.
Step 1: Organize your ingredients
- 1/2 cup of fresh pre-washed baby spinach
- 3/4 cup of sliced mangoes
- 1/4 cup of mint leaves
- 1/2 cup of coconut milk
Step 2: Start your blender
Put all the ingredients in your blender jar, put the lid on, and blend until all the ingredients are blended properly.
Step 3: Serve to gulp
Pour the smoothie in a glass and garnish it with some fresh mint leaves and a dash of lemon juice.
